Eva Thijssen

Eva Thijssen advises international and national entrepreneurs. The focus of her practice is litigation within corporate law. She works in the aviation section of Russell Advocaten.

From her academic background, Eva is particularly interested in (commercial) contract law and commercial law. She therefore enjoys working on (drafting) contracts, advising on them and contract disputes. In addition, she mainly deals with corporate litigation and advising in the field of corporate law. She wrote her master’s thesis on the consequences of the proposal for a European Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive and is particularly familiar with the European standards with which the corporate policies of large companies should comply.
