After completing her degree in European Law in Groningen, Minke worked as a lawyer for a government agency where she focused on Social Security law. Having qualified as a trainee solicitor, she started her training in the labour law department at Russell Advocaten in 2004. Meanwhile Minke has specialized in labour law and completed the post academic course in labour law at the VU University Amsterdam.

Minke appreciates the fact that each case at Russell Advocaten is handled by two lawyers. That way they are easily approachable. Besides, the “four-eye principle” contributes to building an observant and dedicated team of legal professionals. 
 
Minke enjoys working at Russell Advocaten as she gets the opportunity to combine her legal career with raising her three kids.
